Recepčná/Recepčný (Brigáda)

Hľadáš flexibilnú brigádu popri škole?

Pre našu pobočku v Bratislave (Karadžičova) hľadáme šikovnú kolegyňu / kolegu na recepciu.

Ide o dlhodobú brigádu vhodnú pre študenta/študentku s flexibilným rozvrhom.

Pracovná doba v rozsahu 7:30 - 17:00 podľa dohody (striedanie).
Mzda: 7 EUR / Hod.
Pracovný fond: 25 hodín / týždeň

Čo bude tvojou náplňou práce:

• Zabezpečovanie chodu recepcie a základného servisu pre zamestnancov
• Vítanie návštev a ich evidencia
• Administratívna podpora (e-maily, evidencia, interné systémy)
• Spracovanie pošty, kuriérnych služieb a objednávok
• Objednávanie kancelárskeho materiálu a drobného vybavenia
• Spolupráca s facility tímom (opravy, servis, údržba)
• Podpora bežných operatívnych úloh v kancelárii

• Študenta / študentku VŠ s flexibilným rozvrhom
• Komunikatívnu a spoľahlivú osobnosť
• Príjemné vystupovanie - budeš prvý kontakt s návštevou
• Užívateľská znalosť práce s PC
• Angličtina aspoň na úrovni B1 (komunikácia s návštevami)
