Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement regional real estate strategies aligned with corporate objectives and Global Real Estate principles.
  • Lead and support pre-studies for Real Estate leases and investment decisions.
  • Deliver industrial sites and office building projects from planning through handover, ensuring compliance with schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Provide technical expertise for build and workplace development projects.
  • Build project budgets, forecasting, and cost control to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders, brokers, developers, investors, and government authorities.
  • Act as primary advisor on workplace experience, space utilization, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Coach and develop remote team members, share best practices, and support their domains.
  • Align projects with sustainability goals, leverage data, digital tools, and AI for decision-making and workplace innovation.
  • Experience: 10-12 years in Real Estate and Project Management, overseeing MEA zone operations.
  • Preferred Background:
    • Experienced at Managing industrial & commercial Building projects.
    • Strong business and financial acumen. Skilled in preparing business cases and executive reporting.
    • Preferred Background at delivering projects in Gulf/Saudi clusters.
  • Core Expertise:
    • Leadership capabilities in multicultural environments.
    • Lease transactions and workplace development.
    • Management of construction projects within MEA Real Estate team.
    • Skills & Qualifications
      • Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA, BSc, MSc or equivalent).
      • Proven leadership and people-management experience.
      • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).
      • Project and operations management experience delivering complex workplace projects.
      • Knowledge of occupational health & safety, energy management, and sustainability principles.
      • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
      • High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
