As the Real Estate Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our regional real estate strategy optimising our footprint, elevating workplace experiences, and ensuring world‑class facilities that support operational excellence and organisational growth. You will also champion sustainability across all sites, ensuring accurate GHG reporting, delivering energy‑efficient upgrades, and embedding green building principles into everything we do.

What You Will Lead & Deliver

In this role, you will shape the Pacific real estate landscape through strategic portfolio decisions, high‑performing facilities operations, and integrated sustainability initiatives. You will oversee key workplace projects, strengthen our real estate governance, and deliver environments that support business performance and employee experience. Your leadership will enable operational excellence, financial discipline, and alignment with global initiatives.

You will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Pacific Real Estate Strategy aligned to global direction
  • Manage the full lifecycle of leases, landlord relationships, and portfolio optimisation
  • Oversee facilities operations, service providers, IFM contracts, compliance, and performance
  • Drive sustainability outcomes including GHG reporting, EV infrastructure, and green building practices
  • Deliver workplace transformation and end-to-end fit-out, relocation, and refurbishment projects
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, cost optimisation initiatives, and financial reporting


What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strategic, influential Real Estate leader with strong operational expertise and the ability to manage diverse portfolios and complex projects. You combine analytical thinking with practical execution, excel at stakeholder engagement, and thrive in environments where continuous improvement and innovation matter.

You bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 8-12 years' experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management (regional or multi-site preferred)
  • Strong project management capabilities; IFMA, RICS, PMP or similar certifications advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to analyse problems, develop solutions, and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership, vendor management experience, and high digital/technical literacy
