Range Technical Leader

We are currently seeking Range technical leader for moma medium offer, This position will base in Xi'AN R&D center.

1. As a RTL, you need to manage offer, be able to work with product owner to align the product roadmap.

_Priority arrangement and align with BOC member

_100% urgent issue management and control

2.As a RTL, you need to make sure projects can be implement based on aligned roadmap and highlight block points if need to be.

_BOC meeting organization with =S= rules and make decision during block points

_CMI technical leadership(technical action when issue was linked with design)

_Support for PEP project

3.As a RTL, you need to support business, work with MKT for potential MKT requirement.

4.you also need to have ability of Product technical management:

_know all the status of product included performance gap, technical spec, data gap

_Have action plan when some technical data was missing.

_usaging of tooling and analysis method

Qualifications -External

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

1. have a very good experience on project management

2.have a good presentation skill and communication skill

3..Be expected to take a pro-active approach to identify design risk and deliver high quality design and product.

4.Good at Pro-E, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools: static and dynamic analysis/ Good at Tolerance stack analysis

5. Good command of both oral and written English

6. Autonomy, ability to take initiative

7. Very organized, rigorous, and good team spirit

8. Good communication and project management skills Preferred academic qualifications and background

- Bachelor or above degree majored in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering

- prefer: More than 5 year Experience/Knowledge about switch/ contactor/ relay/ other power products, Solid working knowledge of product design, development and industrialization processes
