Join us as a Product Quality Leader and take the lead on quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. You'll drive product and process quality, deploy a strong quality culture, lead quality improvements, and ensure our products consistently meet the high standards our customers trust.
What will you do?
- Drive product and process quality strategy and culture across manufacturing operations to minimize risk and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Lead product and process audits, quality improvement initiatives, and problem-solving activities to strengthen product and process robustness.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, control plans, and quality assurance processes for new products, manufacturing lines, and process changes.
- Lead quality activities related to new product introduction, industrialization, production ramp-up, and plant start-up.
- Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines and process changes to safeguard product quality and compliance.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and customer quality issues.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Supplier Quality to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements and corrective actions.
- Establish and monitor key quality KPIs, including FPY, scrap, defects, customer complaints, and process capability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and industry certifications.
- Lead quality readiness for critical manufacturing processes, including brazing and welding.
- Ensure appropriate certification, qualification, and process control requirements are established and maintained for brazing and welding operations.
- Build and develop a strong quality culture and quality ownership across the organization.

Requirements
- Able to work onsite in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading quality teams and cross-functional organizations.
- Experience with brazing and welding processes, including relevant certifications, qualifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, cooling, heat transfer, or related manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience with new plant start-up, industrialization, production ramp-up, or major manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience working in a matrix and cross-functional organization.
- Advanced English level, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.
