Mission (About the Role)

As a Quality Intern at Schneider Electric, your mission is to be a proactive problem-solver and assist in improving our customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in addressing post-sales quality complaints and issues, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. What will you do?

  • Support our dynamic Front Office Quality team in tackling customers' post-sales quality complaints and issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Innovate with CRM: Apply and enhance processes to swiftly resolve quality complaints using cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce / bFO.
  • Master Escalation Routes: Understand and navigate the escalation pathways for major customer issues, collaborating with various organizations to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Leverage Data Analytics: Utilize powerful Data Analytics & Visualization tools such as bFO / Tableau to pinpoint top quality issues and spearhead impactful projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting our valued customers.
  • Drive Containment Actions: Contribute to the execution of effective containment actions for known issues, ensuring swift and thorough resolutions.
  • Engage with Customers: Participate in customer site visits to address complaints and present innovative resolutions, showcasing your problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate Expert Interventions: Facilitate interventions by Technical Experts when needed, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop Logistics Skills: Enhance your logistics management skills by managing and monitoring warranty returns, including Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
