Inspect Products and Materials

  • Examine raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.

Document Inspection Results
  • Record findings and maintain detailed inspection reports.
  • Note any non-conformances and communicate them to relevant departments.

Ensure Compliance
  • Verify that products meet industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow ISO, Schneider Electric Standards, or other applicable quality standards.

Support Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Suggest improvements to inspection procedures or product design.

This job might be for you if you are:
  • Conducting in-process, final, and incoming inspections.
  • Experience with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficient
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Who will you report to?

You will report to the Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality Process Lead. This role is an onsite position. You are required to report to either the Fairfield or West Chester, OH facility 5 days a week.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection
  • Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Experience with basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
