Quality Engineer

Join our team as a Manufacturing Process Quality professional and help us deliver products that exceed customer expectations. You'll play a key role in driving quality culture, improving process robustness and ensuring every manufacturing change maintains our high standards.

What will you do?

• Monitor and analyze quality performance in own sector
• Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with FMEA
• Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
• Support quality for new product (PMP and PEP), contribute to process/control capability implementation
• Be the local expert of the assembled products in his sector.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering - Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Automation, Computer science;
• 2 years Experience in Production environment;
• Fluency in English language;
• Digital skills (high level of MS office usage);
• Analytical skills and ability to translate data into feasible trends;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
