Prosumer,Project Manager

• Your primary perimeter will cover the development of our e-Mobility AC / DC chargers and accessories to serve multi geographic markets

• You will at first bring your expertise in leading Brand Labelling projects for =SE= to the team, in order to bring the partner up to speed with our process & requirements

• As a project manager, you will build the project execution plan, including scope, cost / resources, timeline, communication strategy, development, testing and maintenance steps

• You will coordinate and synchronize a multi-skill, multi-sites project team to deliver the offer on time with expected features and performance. You will implement Team building actions to develop and foster team spirit and people motivation

• As a project manager, you will lead the activities all along the project, from the definition of the requirements, alignment with partner on the specification, respective roles and responsibilities, expectations from both sides in order to secure a contract

• You will be at the interface between our partner and our team in multi-countries, ensuring seamless communication between parties and remote sites

• You will leverage both local and remote support functions to help the team all along the project

• You will supervise the execution of the project, monitoring progress, changes and risks and keeping a strong focus on cost, quality and time to market

• You will define the communication plan and monitoring instances, establish regular reports to key stakeholders, manage the decision-making process and escalate appropriately when arbitration is required

• You will manage synchronization with companion projects of the eStar business

• You will anticipate and mitigate the risks, manage the change requests in order to adjust the development strategy and minimize impacts on the timeline.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5-7 + year experience in project management, for both hardware & firmware
• Experience in Brand labelling, co-development or other kinds of partnerships - Experience in BL projects with Chinese partner
• Ability to foster collaboration, Influence and leverage all levels of the organization
• Prioritization, time management, organizational skills and multi-tasks management
• Critical thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced technical environment
