Prosumer Key Account Manager

Required Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, business development, or strategic account management within industrial, energy, electrical, or technology environments.
• Ability to combine a strong commercial orientation with a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and converting them into actionable opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Prosumer market, customer dynamics, electrification trends, distributed energy, electrical infrastructure, related services, and associated solutions.
• Experience managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders, including business, technical, operational, financial, and procurement profiles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, mobilizing resources to build value propositions, advance opportunities, and generate new commercial discussions.

Expected Scope of the Role

This position will have a direct impact on the growth of the Prosumer business in Iberia by strengthening relationships with strategic accounts, identifying new customer needs, and creating development opportunities with existing and prospective customers. Its contribution will be key to connecting market realities with Schneider Electric's value proposition, accelerating opportunity conversion, and enriching the Prosumer strategy with relevant commercial insights.
