직무 소개
Project Safety Manager(프로젝트 안전 관리자)는 회사의 프로젝트가 국내 안전• 보건• 환경 관련 법규와 고객사의 EHS 요구사항을 준수하도록 관리하고, 사고를 예방하는 역할을 담당합니다. 해당 직무는 프로젝트의 EHS 계획을 수립하고, 현장을 Schneider Electric 임직원과 협력업체 모두가 안전하게 작업할 수 있도록 관리하는 책임을 가집니다. 업무 수행을 위해서는 한국어 및 영어로 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능해야 하며, 작업 현장의 위험요소를 세밀하게 파악해 허용 가능한 리스크 수준 이하로 유지할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다. 또한 전사 EHS 관리 시스템 운영(글로벌 포함)에 일부 참여하여 안전한 작업 환경 개선에 기여하고, 다양한 EHS 프로그램을 수행하게 됩니다. 다양한 직무로 구성된 인력에게 안전 지침을 명확하게 전달하고 실행되도록 하는 커뮤니케이션 역량 역시 중요합니다. 본 직무의 목표는 담당 프로젝트가 국내 법규, Schneider Electric SAFE 기준, 고객 요구사항을 모두 충족하도록 하고, 궁극적으로 무재해(Zero Accident)를 달성하는 것입니다.

주요 업무:

• KOSHA, 중대재해처벌법(SAPA), Schneider Electric 정책 및 지침, 고객사의 HSE 요구사항을 포함한 프로젝트 현장의 안전• 보건• 환경 관련 법규 준수 관리
• 프로젝트 특성에 맞는 EHS 계획, 정책 및 절차 수립, 현장 실행 및 관리
• 정기적인 현장 점검 및 Audit을 통한 위험요소 식별, 리스크 평가 및 관련 기준 준수 여부 확인
• 사고, Near Miss 및 기타 사건 발생 시 조사를 통해 근본 원인 분석 및 재발 방지 대책 수립• 이행
• 협력업체 및 유관 조직 대상 EHS 교육 및 안전 인식 프로그램 운영, 고객사 및 협력업체와의 정기 안전회의(Toolbox 미팅 포함) 주도
• EHS 성과 지표 관리 및 보고를 통한 개선 영역 도출, 환경 보호 및 보건 관리 프로그램이 국내 법규에 맞게 운영되도록 관리
• 프로젝트 현장에서 발생 가능한 다양한 상황 대비 비상 대응 훈련 기획 및 주도
• 경영진, 외부기관, 규제기관 등 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 및 EHS 관련 사항 협업
• Top Management, 타 사업부(PM팀), Country EHS Leader와의 협업을 통한 EHS 관리 시스템 표준 운영 지원
• 프로젝트 입찰 및 관련 논의 과정에서 EHS 관점 검토 및 지원
• 협력업체 사전 적격성 평가(pre-qualification) 지원 및 Contractor Safety Passport 프로그램 운영
• 중대 Near Miss 사례의 국가 단위 검토 및 보고, 서비스팀과 함께 후속 조치 및 개선 계획을 추적• 관리
• 협력업체 Safety Day 운영 및 안전 교육 지원을 포함한 전사 협력업체 안전관리 관련 기타 지원 업무 수행

자격 요건



[필수]

• 안전• 보건• 환경공학 또는 관련 공학(전기, 기계 등) 학사 이상
• 프로젝트의 EHS 관리 또는 관련 분야 경력 3~5년 이상 (건설 현장 내 전기 시스템 관련 경험 우대) 및 프로젝트 현장 안전관리자 역할 수행 경험 최소 1건 이상
• 산업안전기사 자격증 소유
• 2026년 8월 1일 이전 입사 가능자

[우대]

• EHS 관리 시스템, EHS Audit, 사고 조사 수행에 대한 이해 및 실무 경험
  (국내 법규, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 등)
• 원활한 협업 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 스킬, 책임감, 독립적인 업무 수행 능력
• 영어 이메일 작성 및 영문 기술 문서 검토가 가능한 수준의 기초 영어 역량 보유

[계약 형태]

• 계약 형태: 1년 계약직 (계약 기간 종료 시 성과 평가 및 회사 사정에 따라 계약 연장 또는 정규직 전환 검토)
• 근무지: 김포 프로젝트 현장 (초기 2년간 해당 프로젝트 근무 후, 회사 사정에 따라 근무지 변경 가능)
