Project Safety Manager

Join our Health & Safety R&D team and help create a workplace where safety comes first. We're seeking an Engineer I or Senior Technician I to conduct inspections, develop protocols, and train teams on best practices that protect lives every day.

What will you do?

  • Perform inspections to identify electrical and mechanical hazards and conduct risk assessments
  • Develop and implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and industry standards
  • Provide training on electrical safety, equipment handling, emergency procedures, and LOTO protocols
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures

  • Communication - developing level; delivering safety training and engaging employees on protocols
