Project Manager(One Solution)

Join us as an Assistant Manager, Project Execution and take ownership of customer projects that make a real difference. You'll lead teams, manage budgets and risks, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What will you do?

• On-Site & Subcontractor Coordination
  
  • Site progress monitoring, subcontractor auditing and selection, trade coordination, and SLA enforcement.
  Project Documentation & Controls
  
  • Scope of Work review, bid drawing analysis, change order processing, and as-built/closeout documentation.
  Supply Chain & Equipment Logistics
  
  • Equipment distribution tracking, shipping manifest management, pick ticketing, and material delivery scheduling.
  Quality Assurance & Acceptance
  
  • Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and site operational readiness management.
  Project Management
  
  • Project coordination, construction documentation, bid drawing review, Scope of Work management, change order management, project scheduling, risk management, resource planning, vendor management, client communication, FAT/SAT, site supervision, and project closeout documentation.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Experience working with clients in Japan
• Experience in engineering or electrical product design
• Experience in project management

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Candidates who hold any of the following qualifications: Electrical Construction Management Engineer (電気工事施工管理技士), Electrician (電気工事士), or an equivalent qualification.
