For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $97,739 - $178,000 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Industrialization in Foxboro, MA.

Job Description: Lead industrialization and supply chain development activities on a cross functional team. Act as project manager for industrialization and supply chain activities to ensure timely and effective execution of schedule, budget, quality, and supply chain implementation. Forecast and track project capital cost, project labor and project cost necessary to industrialize new products, utilizing the expertise of the industrialization team. Coordinate overall product cost deliverable for understanding of project business case impacts for new product introduction. Lead the development and implementation of industrial processes for new products that conform to safety standards and lean principles. Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure best available processes, and supply chain flows, are utilized for the given product and market specifications. Perform make vs buy decisions on components and sub-assemblies. Ensure product and manufacturing records are structured to support effective control of the information. Utilize continuous improvement methodology to improve internal industrial processes. Maintain a strong partnership with Industrial Quality to maximize the product and process quality, and with Project Quality to ensure conformance to the OCP while maximizing productivity of project resources. Understand and develop Industrialization project schedule, including critical path impacts of industrial activities and processes. 25% travel required (15% domestic, 10% international) to Mexico, Canada, and California to review and plan project and lead team. Position eligible for 2 days remote work per week.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Employer will accept a combination of academic and work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in lieu of a bachelor's. Position also requires 2 years of experience in industrial or technical project management or a related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Product development ensuring quality and on-time execution; Project portfolio management, including planning and execution; Estimating and monitoring CapEx and OpEx; Studying product cost and profitability; Project management in Industrialization and Supply Chain; Developing vendors by material sourcing and negotiation; Performing risk assessment, managing resulting change, and monitoring long-term impact of change; and Applying lean manufacturing principles and Agile methodology to project management.
