Project Manager Engineer

• Job description:
  
  • Lead end-to-end execution of electrical services projects, specially brownfield projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues.
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, and service teams.
  • Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and reporting.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors effectively.
  • Track project costs, margins, and cash flow.
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure quality standards and documentation are maintained.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, and cost control).
• Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid technical knowledge of electrical distribution and protection systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
