Your Mission
Manages various small size projects (Cat-D) and some medium (Cat-C) or large (Cat-B) size projects in parallel, directly with customer or in back-office mode. Organizes projects, monitors and controls progress & budget and assesses and manages the risks. Manages complete job process order preparation through financial close-out and provides technical support.

SE PMO Procedures
- Advanced knowledge of SGV. PMWB and Cost planning and GDO Project Reviews.
- Basic knowledge on Risk, Contingency, Opportunities, Scope Change Evaluation and Management.
Planning and Scheduling
- Develop the project activities, work breakdown structure, and complete the project schedule in MS-Project. Knowledge of Primavera is desirable.
- Quantify or validate the WBS weightage, monitoring the progress, update schedule and shall have knowledge of baseline, critical path etc.
- Prepare schedule in MS Project and work with Planner for Primavera schedules.
Reporting and Correspondence
- Review the progress with the team weekly.
- Prepare progress reports (weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Prepare MOMs, Reports, etc.
- Prepare contractual correspondence letters, etc.
- Track the deliverables status, submission / approval as per VDRL & schedule.
Procurement and Cost Control
- Review the IPRs, with right WBS & planned cost as per approved CQA and release for PO.
- Review the resources and monitoring the time sheets and man hour cost.
Coordination
- Coordinate with all the departments as required for the project execution.
- Coordinate with all vendors to ensure the project execution.
- Coordinate with customer for the project execution, meetings, testing, etc.
- Finance
- Evaluate the changes in the project and estimation of variation if any, communicate to customer, convince & conclude to obtain relevant variations.
- Evaluate vendor scope, price and review & conclude PO, follow-up the progress, payments etc.
- Compile milestone completion records and invoice customer timely
About You
- Communicate effectively
- Full knowledge of Engineering, Quality & Project Process & Procedures
- Full knowledge of Standards, Specifications, other design inputs requirements
- Cyber security awareness and compliance
- Refer SE competency profiles for relevant SE competency requirements
- Technical knowledge of Foxboro & Triconex & SCADA Systems.
- Adherence to Schedule & Timing
- Taking responsibility for assign tasks/works
- Prompt in response to customer, management, and vendors.
- Comply SE Guidelines and Organizational requirements
