Project Manager
Join us as a Project Manager and take the lead on delivering customer projects that make a real difference. You'll manage everything from planning through execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsible for leading end-to-end project and site execution for customer projects of varying complexity, including both Capex and Opex initiatives. Manage local and global cross-functional teams across mono-technology and multi-system integration environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Drive project performance through effective planning, risk and opportunity management, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Build strong customer relationships and maintain clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements, quality processes, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, manage budgets and execution risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery quality.
Act as a project management subject matter expert, applying professional judgment and specialized knowledge to resolve complex operational challenges, guide project teams, and support successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution and site management of customer projects, including Capex and Opex initiatives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate local and global teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify opportunities, and implement mitigation and improvement actions.
- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, reporting requirements, safety standards, and quality processes.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement while maintaining or enhancing delivery quality.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members and address non-routine or escalated project issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university OR equivalents.
