The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting business objectives and maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager provides strategic direction, mentors project teams, manages risks, and acts as a key liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage multiple large‑scale, cross‑functional projects simultaneously
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and methodologies
  • Drive execution through proactive planning, tracking, and issue resolution


Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and sponsors
  • Facilitate regular status updates, steering committees, and executive reporting
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and project outcomes
  • Resolve conflicts by balancing scope, cost, time, and quality constraints


Risk, Issue & Change Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Proactively manage issues and escalate when necessary
  • Oversee change control processes and evaluate impacts to scope, timeline, and budget
  • Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met


Team & Resource Management
  • Lead, motivate, and coach project team members
  • Coordinate internal and external resources (vendors, consultants, partners)
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a result-driven culture


Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
  • Ensure benefits realization and alignment with strategic goals
  • Conduct post‑project reviews and capture lessons learned


Working Relationships
  • Reports to: Head of Project Management / Project Director.
  • Works closely with: Business leaders, Account Managers, Sales Operations, Operations, Contract Team, Legal Team, County Service Manager, Finance, Vendors, General Contractor and Executive Sponsors

Job Qualifications

Education - Minimum Required
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
  • PMP Certified and technical training covering MV & LV Systems, Large UPS Systems, Chiller Systems, etc. would be added advantage.


Experience - Required
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of complex, large-scale projects
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong background in stakeholder and executive management


Skills & Competencies Required
  • Strong leadership presence and decision‑making capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced risk and change management expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Proven skills in the areas of strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Proven experience in Multi-location/Enterprise Customer Engagement process.
  • Demonstrate an ability and methodology to develop, mentor and motivate services team.
  • Demonstrate methodical work organization.
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal in technical and non-technical environment.
  • Excellent presentation and executive reporting skills
  • Can interpret financial data with reference to OPEX.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
  • Excellent business ethics and integrity.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet the requirements or multi-culture position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
