Project Industrialization leader

To lead Industrialization phase for project development (OLM, Agile)

• To ensure the consistency and lead the industrialization of new projects (product cost, resourses and budget, quality, planning) for electromechanical or electronics product
• To analyze the marketing inputs & check through simulations the feasibility of the project objectives
• To orient the product concept and technical choices towards the solution of meeting required quality, easy manufacturability, most competetive product cost & lead time, starting from the anticipation through OLM process
• To define the global supply chain in collaboration with industrial strategy team, purchasing & logistics of distribution and estimate the product cost for the different options
• To manage the manufacturing process qualification in collaboration with Manufacturing in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer to the plant
• To lead Industrialization Project in OLM
• To lead industrialization project according to SPS rule & OLM process

 

资格

Qualifications - External

1. Required skills & knowledge for the position:

  Background in Electrical Distribution, Automation & Control Products or electronics

  Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes (Parts & Tooling, PCBA, Assembly, Test,...) & Supply chain (end to end from upstream to downstream)

  Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment

  

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience

  University degree in Engineering

Preferable 5 years industrial experience with 3 years Industrial project management experience

3. Languages:

  Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage)
