Project Execution & Tendering Leader Algeria & Tunisia

The Tendering & Execution project Leader is responsible for achieving the Tendering and execution objectives. He/She must have strong communication skills, verbal and written at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and can adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed Tendering &project environment.
Qualifications - External
- Responsible for compliance of Schneider Electric Quality Standards and Processes
- Responsible for overall project (Gross Margin) profitability
- Lead Project management team in developing and managing the Project Management Plan
- Lead Tendering management team in Strategy to win project
- Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Collaborate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff project and tendering team.
- Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure execution of
corrective action plans up to closure. - Built the best team by developing early career talent, investing in the development of certification training and exposing talent.
- Significantly strengthen the management of the portfolio of opportunities by ensuring the reliability of data in BFO and the proper qualification of opportunities
Qualifications - Externe
1. Skills: Understanding of and proficient in project management skills. Working knowledge of ISO requirements. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs. Financial acumen and understanding. Provide excellent customer service.
Leadership skills:
team building, empower and delegate authority, ability to build rapport and consensus across project team within a matrix environment. Understanding of contract procedures and knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge.
