Project Execution Manager, Prefab Solutions
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $168,800 - $253,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:
The Project Execution Manager, Prefab Solutions will be responsible for executing Schneider Electric Secure Power Prefabricated Solutions Business. This includes direct reporting of key roles such as Pre-PO Teams (Solution Architect, Tender and Quotations).
What will you do?
- Required to align between multiple stakeholders to ensure support of revenue and profitability goals.
- Performance objectives pertain to but are not limited to meeting the goals and objectives of the business plan and operational KPIs.
- Responsible for managing the team and developing talent in accordance with SE philosophy and ambition.
- Work closely with Secure Powers leadership team to help develop our prefabricated strategy and influence other teams to create sales collateral and other materials as determined to execute the business plan.
- Consolidate and align resources in support of Pre-Fabricated Solutions Strategy.
- Develop and mature an execution plan for Pre-Fabricated Solutions that complies with the overall regional strategy and satisfies customer need and corporate targets.
- Coordinate development of standards and procedures.
- Develop and manage across BU's and ITD's Data Center Solutions organization cooperation to achieve a One Schneider approach regarding quoting, designing, and delivering Prefabricated Solutions.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Minimum seven years relevant work experience is required and leading application and execution teams preferred.
- 3 years management experience, preferred
- Experience in managing multifunctional teams and executing across organizational boundaries (alliances, partners, internal business units, and customers), preferred.
- Experience in a prefabricated solution process, preferred
- PMP Process knowledge is required with PMP Certification preferred
- 4-year Business and/or Engineering Degree and/or Master of Business Admin (MBA) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to influence and persuade internal and external customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Digital Fluency.
- Knowledge of financial systems, and accounting principles
Additional Responsibilities & Requirements?
- Optimize existing products and process to improve competitiveness of the Schneider Pre-Fabricated offer and align profit with established targets.
- Partner with Lines of Business to define and develop configuration tools needed to digitize and simplify the quotation process.

- Strong knowledge of datacenter technologies and market trends.
