Project Engineer, Technical Support

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Technical Support professional to play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from tendering through to commissioning and post-delivery support.

You will act as a critical link between customers, engineering, project teams, and factories helping to translate requirements into reliable, deliverable solutions while resolving issues and driving project success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support tendering activities by reviewing customer specifications, ensuring technical compliance, and managing clarifications and technical queries
- Assist Project Engineers and Technical Leads by reviewing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation, and supporting solution configuration aligned to project needs
- Analyse and resolve technical issues across the project lifecycle, providing root cause analysis and escalating complex challenges where required
- Support testing and commissioning activities, including FAT and SAT, interpreting results and guiding site teams to ensure compliance with specifications
- Contribute to project execution through technical coordination, design clarifications, and supporting change management to maintain alignment with scope and timelines
- Act as a technical interface for customers and internal stakeholders, participating in design reviews, meetings, and ongoing support requirements

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with 2-5 years' experience in project engineering, technical support, or commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge of power systems, ideally including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, or related solutions
- Ability to interpret specifications, single line diagrams, and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
