  • Collaborate with all the project stakeholders and familiarize with all the functions & supports for project/order processing.
    • Technical project managers
    • Supply chain & Shipping team.
    • Warehouse team
    • Field services / Site execution team
    • Finance - Invoice specialists / cost controllers / credit controllers.
    • Tender and Sales - Handing over to overdue clearance from customer.
      • Review the customer contracts and identifying the gaps between Customer Contract/SE offer/customer RFQ.


REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

  • Review Tender handing over documents, Contract (PO), costing sheets, OTF, supplier commercial and technical documents.
  • Familiarizing on the Order booking SO in SAP as per the handing over given by tender in SR. Following the order activities and invoicing milestones given the Handing over. - working with orders.
  • Get trained in CPP process thoroughly and familiarize the Category D & C projects - MLL & recorded videos.
  • Follow CPP guidelines since PE is responsible and accountable for all the scope, cost and schedule of the project.
  • Analyze the cost incurred in the orders in SAP and follow-up for the complete cost posting prior to closing it.

  • Update and maintain the financial figure periodically file with accuracy for the revenue recognition forecast and actual invoicing plan.
  • Improve order margin from Handing over margin and keep record of them.
  • Do invoicing against contractual milestones Keep the record of site execution and reports.
  • Get trained in MS project scheduling tool - project inception, execution and closing.
  • Travel and stay at site based on the project requirements.


  • Associate Engineering degree in Electrical /Electronics/ Power Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management in Saudi.
  • Experience in Schneider equipment/product medium voltage and Low voltage.
  • Experience in site execution of services projects like, extension, upgradation, retrofit etc.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas projects - ARAMCO / SABIC / PETRO Rabigh, etc.
  • Background in Testing and Design experience is preferable.
