Program Operations Analyst

Schneider Electric has an exciting opportunity for a Program Operations Analyst supporting our North America (NAM) Strategic Customers. In this role, you will help strengthen program performance, operational excellence, and customer experience across strategic accounts. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that guide decision making for both new and existing customer programs.

This analyst will play a critical role in monitoring program KPIs, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. If you enjoy transforming data into meaningful action and working within a fast paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

This position is hybrid, and will require in-office presence 2-3 days a week.

What will you do?

Data Management & Insights

  • Mine and consolidate data from various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends and uncover actionable insights.
  • Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate program performance to key stakeholders.

Program Performance & Operational Support
  • Monitor KPIs and program health metrics across strategic customer portfolios.
  • Provide insight‑driven recommendations to support program and business decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks tied to operational execution and customer outcomes.

Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization using data‑driven evaluation.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that advance operational and customer excellence.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Operations, and Customer Care teams to align on program objectives and data needs.
  • Support the development and execution of management plans for strategic customer programs.
  • Serve as a trusted analytical partner to program leadership.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Experience supporting program or project operations.
  • Understanding of program management or customer delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience with analytics tools/collaborative work management platforms such as: Smartsheet (preferred), Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
