Schneider Electric is looking for Program Manager for the Ohio and Tennesse team.
This position plays a critical leadership role within the Project Management organization. This position is typically held by an individual with 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager and 10-12 years of total industry experience. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a designated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain net zero gross margin variance across the assigned project portfolio.
• Ensure all projects meet working capital goals and comply with CPP.B and ISO standards.
- Interview, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers.
• Set and manage performance and development goals for team members.
• Support career path planning and contribute to departmental growth.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and mitigate risks related to budget, schedule, and customer or subcontractor issues.
• Assist in conflict resolution and escalation handling.
- Attend project meetings and conduct customer visits to maintain strong relationships and high-level engagement.
- Assist the Operations Manager with resource coordination, budgeting, training, and manpower forecasting.
• Support forecasting for equipment, materials, personnel, revenue, and job costs across all project phases.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and cash flow for all projects within the team.
- Ensure all projects maintain a 100% safe work record and enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 10-12 years of total industry experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and compliance standards. - Must be willing to travel 1-2 times a month (Columbus, Cincinnati and Nashville)
