Program Coordinator
Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Program Coordinator to support our North America Customer Programs. This role is part of the Customer Execution and Program Office and plays a key part in supporting organizational transformation within the North America Program Management Team.
The Program Coordinator will contribute to operational excellence by supporting program managers, driving process improvements, and coordinating activities across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, proactive, and eager to grow into independently owning project deliverables and managing initiatives with increasing autonomy. It offers a strong foundation for progression into project coordination or project management roles.
What will you do?
Program & Project Support
- Support Program Managers by coordinating, tracking, and monitoring actions to mitigate program risks across cross functional and cross business unit teams.
- Assist in coordinating the resolution of identified program risks and follow through on action owners and timelines.
- Help monitor and control program scope, schedule, and cost when requested.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with key stakeholders to support individual initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Maintain consistent communication across teams using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and shared workspaces.
- Document lessons learned and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Drive process efficiencies and support improvements to program structures that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
- Manage and regularly update program documentation, reporting packages, trackers, and dashboards.
- Participate in procurement alignment meetings; track deliverables, manage open items, and support stakeholder alignment across functions.
Cross Functional Coordination & Program Execution
- Manage booking, quote creation, and handover processes across multiple business units (UPS, ATS, LVS, EPMS, Services).
- Support sales funnel management including hierarchy validation, QA/QC, sales stage progression, and reporting updates.
- Coordinate warranty and asset entitlement processes-facilitating calls, performing QA/QC reviews, and ensuring proper setup within installed base systems.
Program Administration & Data Tracking
- Oversee storage and CIS programs including equipment tracking, change order management, dashboard maintenance, and contract verification to ensure revenue recognition and compliance.
- Manage submittal and construction document exchange (CDE) tracking post purchase order, ensuring proper document flow and timely updates.
- Track installed base transitions and ensure operational integration of assets.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).
- Proficiency using the Smartsheet collaborative work management platform for tracking, reporting, task coordination, and workflow management.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
