About the Role


We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own key initiatives across market research and positioning, customer engagement, product launches, and sales enablement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, strengthen our market presence, and enable the success of our sales teams.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $145,000 - $165,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research and Positioning:
  • Conduct competitive research, win/loss analyses, and market assessments to identify opportunities for product evolution.
  • Develop and maintain a library of white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content to establish market leadership.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and differentiated product messaging that resonate with target segments.
  • Define and refine buyer personas based on data and customer insights.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and customer-centric campaigns to build awareness and trust.
  • Partner with customer success teams to develop case studies, customer success stories and gather insights from customer feedback.
  • Foster customer advocacy programs to learn about new opportunities, highlight success stories and user testimonials.
  1. Sales Enablement:
  • Build and maintain sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive analysis sheets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver training sessions on buyer personas, product positioning, and objection handling.
  • Partner with sales to track and improve conversion rates using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support sales efforts at industry events and trade shows with tailored content and materials.
  1. Product Launch:
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Collaborate with product management to craft value propositions and messaging for target audiences.
  • Create launch assets such as white papers, blog posts, videos, and product one-pagers.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, sales, and operations teams for a cohesive launch experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Smart Grid solutions is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Management for enterprise software products is required
  • Experience with the Electric utility industry - including trends, challenges and the IT landscape is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge about electrical power engineering, and T&D network concepts is preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and good organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
