For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for our Embedded Connectivity solutions within Schneider Electric's Secure Power Division. In this role, you will drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for connectivity technologies that enable our products to integrate seamlessly within IoT and data‑driven ecosystems. These offers support a wide range of applications, including networking, edge computing, high‑density environments, and data centers. You will work within a global product marketing team and partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, customer success, channel marketing, global marketing, and business development. You will help shape messaging, launch plans, and customer‑facing content that position connectivity as essential to modern, smart infrastructure. This role reports to the Global Product Marketing Director.

What You Will Do

  • Define target customers, analyze customer challenges, and map customer journeys.
  • Develop clear product and portfolio messaging, positioning, and value propositions aligned to personas and routes to market.
  • Build launch strategies, timelines, and activation plans to ensure maximum offer impact.
  • Create marketing and sales enablement tools, including brochures, FAQs, datasheets, "how to sell" guides, social messaging, eDMs, landing pages, CaaS content, web banners, and digital marketing assets.
  • Partner with Global Strategic Marketing to co‑create campaigns and highlight customer success stories that accelerate offer adoption in priority regions.
  • Collaborate with E‑commerce teams to develop rich media content for syndication across regions.
  • Support sales and customer success teams with enablement tools and customer‑facing materials.
  • Work with product and R&D teams on technical content such as setup sheets, bid specs, and competitive comparisons.
  • Lead video storyboarding and manage external agencies to create high‑quality videos and creative assets.
  • Own the digital journey for the embedded connectivity portfolio, including landing pages, CaaS product pages, and product selection tools on SE.com.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of embedded hardware and IoT ecosystems.
  • 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience with technical products.
  • Experience in content creation, demand generation, and marketing program execution with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of IT and Data Center market trends is preferred.
  • Exceptional copywriting and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality content under tight deadlines. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience launching new products end‑to‑end. - Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other design tools.
