We're looking for a creative and analytical UX/UI Designer to shape the next generation of IGSS SCADA software platform. IGSS is a leading SCADA solution used to monitor and control critical industrial facilities across multiple market segments. In this role, you'll transform technical and user requirements into intuitive, user‑centered solutions, collaborate closely with product manager and developers, and play a key role in defining design standards used across the entire system. What You'll be doing:
- Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for complex SCADA Software
- Conduct online research, user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and component libraries based on design standards, industrial standards and best practices
- Collaborate closely with the development team and product manager to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Continuously improve the user experience through iteration and feedback
- Document design decisions and ensure consistency across the SCADA platform.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within technical, industrial, or other complex software environments
- Hands‑on experience designing for multifaceted systems with many interacting components
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Understanding of SCADA/HMI environments; familiarity with ISA‑101 and ISA 18.2 standards is an advantage
- Ability to translate complex technical and user requirements into clear, usable, and visually coherent design solutions
- Previous experience working within agile development teams and SCRUM framework
- Excellent communication skills, both visually and verbally
- Strong English skills; fluency in Danish is a plus
- Knowledge in AI design tools is a plus
