単なる製品説明にとどまらず顧客の製造現場が抱える課題を深く理解し最適な構成• 活用方法を導き出す「技術の目利き役」として プロダクトアプリケー ションエンジニア 部門のマネージャー の下営業チー ム メンバー と二人三脚で活動いただきます前任者からの引き継ぎのため早期に活躍いただける環境が整っています

Key Responsibilities 主な業務内容

• 顧客製造業の設計• 生産技術• 調達部門などを訪問し設計思想や技術要件現場課題をヒアリング• 分析する

• ヒアリング内容をもとに HMI 製品の最適な構成• 仕様を検討し適合性評価• デモンストレーションを実施する

• 技術提案資料を作成し営業担当者と同行または単独で顧客へプレゼンテーション• 技術説明を行う

• 製品仕様構成可否代替案に関する技術的な問い合わせに営業担当者や チャネルパートナ ー販売代理店 の一次窓口として対応する

• 商談で得た顧客の声• 現場ニーズを社内の技術 開発 部門品質部門 SCM サプライチェーン部門へフィードバックし提案力• 製品力の向上につなげる

• 提案テンプレート構成標準 FAQ 教育資料を整備し営業チーム全体の提案スピードと質の底上げに貢献する

Required Qualifications 必須要件

• FA ファクトリーオートメーション業界または電気• 電子• 機械関連製品における技術営業• アプリケーションエンジニアリングの実務経験目安 5 ～ 7 年

• 電気• 電子• 機械等の工学分野に関する基礎知識または同等の実務経験

• 技術提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実務経験

• 営業部門• 顧客と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り粘り強く課題解決に取り組める対人スキル

• 日本語ネイティブレベルビジネス文書• 商談での折衝を含む
• 英語レベルビジネス文書の読み書きができ海外拠点とのメール• 簡易な会話ができるレベル目安

Preferred Qualifications 歓迎要件

• HMI PLC シーケンサタッチパネルなど産業用制御機器• ラダープログラムに関する知識• 実務経験

• メーカーまたは商社での法人営業• 技術営業経験

• チャネルパートナ ー販売代理店 とのリレーション構築• 協業経験

• 提案プロセスの標準化 FAQ 整備社内教育• OJT の実施経験

• 製造業• 産業オートメーション業界での就業経験
