What you will do:

During your internship you will be part of what we are the proudest - ensuring that all businesses we do is sustainable. We look at our interns as potential full-time employees and provide challenging projects. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your career!

You will be in charge of the following:

  • Collect and analyze environmental product compliance information from our suppliers (REACh & RoHS certificates), ensuring the products do not contain harmful chemicals
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and a database of components and parts:
    • Extract supplier contacts, spend, part numbers and more from internal and external systems
    • Contact suppliers by email
    • Collect component level compliance information (from supplier website, external databases or via email)
    • Data validation and registration: collect, validate, and store the declarations, review data in the database
    • Transform the data from various formats (pdf, excel, word) into XML
    • Upload the certificates into a dedicated tool
    • Escalation: identify non-responding suppliers and request the support of the management
  • Participate in projects (tool development, process improvement, implementation of new regulations and more)


What we need from you:

  • Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in environmental engineering, IT, economics or science or related field
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
  • Advanced English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team
  • You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills, database management and data visualization skills are considered as advantage
  • Automation and coding skills are considered as a plus
  • You have an analytical and critical mindset
  • Precision, attention to detail and an excellent quality focus are essential in this position
  • You are well organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivation and reliability
