Procurement Sourcing Leader

What will you do?

    • Support sourcing activities for direct categories, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.


    • Participate in RFQ/RFP processes and lead cost‑reduction projects such as Quality Value Engineering and supplier changes.


    • Identify, propose, and lead project initiatives aligned with localization strategies, presenting progress and results to management.


    • Maintain sourcing dashboards and procurement KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.


    • Support commodity strategies and monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness).


    • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and planning teams to align sourcing decisions with operational needs.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Solid supply chain knowledge (supplier management, cost analysis, market trends, inventory control).


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).


  • Understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.


  • Experience with fabricated components, electronics, or PCBA is a plus.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Who will you report to?
  • You will report to the North America Procurement leadership.
    This is an individual contributor role that collaborates extensively with engineering, planning, manufacturing, quality, and regional sourcing teams.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Key Qualifications for Thriving:
    • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, or related fields.
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Fluency in English; Spanish is an added advantage.
