What you will do:

This internship is excellent opportunity, if you are interested to discover procurement environment within an international company. We look at our interns as potential full-time employees, who could have a distinguished career path at Schneider Electric.

Your tasks will include:

• Support daily procurement activities and supplier communication
• Maintain and manage supplier relationships
• Assist in category management tasks, including data collection and preparation
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making
• Participate in market research and benchmarking activities
• Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in RFQ/RFP processes, including preparing documentation and analyzing quotations
• Help evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to supplier risk assessments and sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes

What we need from you:

• Ongoing university studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills in English (Hungarian is a plus)
• Interest in procurement or supply chain
• Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Proactive, self-driven, and hands-on attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment

No prior professional experience required. We are looking for you if you are not afraid of challenges and taking your career to the next level!

What we offer:

• Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 24-30 hours/week, with a possibility of home office
• Advanced English and Hungarian language knowledge are must haves (both fluent speaking and writing)

• Gross salary: 2100 HUF/hour
