We are now hiring interns for our H2 2026 cohort! Internships will start in July 2026 to December 2026. Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.

About the Role

As a Procurement Intern, you will support project purchasing activities by helping manage suppliers, track performance, and contribute to sourcing decisions. You will work closely with the project and procurement teams to ensure materials and components are delivered on time, at the right quality, and within budget. This role offers hands-on experience in supplier management, negotiations, and procurement processes within a fast-paced project environment.

What will you do?

  • Project Purchasing & Performance
    • Achieve purchasing targets across assigned projects, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery goals.
    • Monitor and manage supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality compliance, technical support capability, and overall supplier expertise.
  • Supplier & Contract Management
    • Lead brand-labelling/private-label projects with partners, including business model setup, contract negotiation, pricing, and supply-chain resilience planning.
    • Manage supplier service levels to drive continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and productivity.
    • Lead price negotiations and finalize all contractual agreements for assigned products.

  • Strategic Procurement
    • Support make-or-buy decisions through internal vs. external cost comparison, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.
    • Contribute proactively to supplier selection, ensuring alignment with category strategies (e.g., FC/RM, Electronics).
    • Leverage supplier innovation through design-to-cost, co-development, and value-engineering initiatives.
  • Project Support & Compliance
    • Monitor project progress, support issue resolution, and ensure full compliance with procurement and project processes.
    • Provide end-to-end feasibility support to ensure project success.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in project procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
