The Role:
We are looking for a Business Procurement Intern to support the procurement team with data analysis, business case preparation, and executive reporting. The role will focus on transforming procurement data into actionable insights and supporting strategic initiatives through structured analysis and digital tools.
This position provides exposure to business procurement, cost analysis, and data-driven decision-making within an international industrial environment.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze procurement data (spend, cost evolution, supplier performance).
- Support the team in building data dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Maintain and improve procurement data tracking and reporting systems.
Business Case & Strategic Analysis
- Support preparation of business cases for cost optimization initiatives (QVE, sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations).
- Conduct benchmarking and cost structure analysis to support procurement decisions.
- Assist in evaluating cost-saving opportunities and productivity initiatives.
Executive Reporting
- Prepare clear and concise executive reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Support the team in consolidating project updates, financial impacts, and procurement performance indicators.
Digital & Process Improvement
- Support the development and implementation of digital tools and automation solutions to improve procurement efficiency.
- Contribute to improving data quality and analytical capabilities within the procurement team.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Physics or Business
- Skills/Systems Knowledge:
- With strong IT background especially on excel or Tableau and/or some programming skills
- Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple regions
- Passionate about data processing, analytics and hungry to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate globally
- Strong project management skills to manage the effective implementation
