The Role: Electronics & Electro-Mech Procurement Buyer
You will be able to lead, develop and operationalize the productivity plan of Electronics parts for Cavite Plant, with the annual spend of 10~20Me from categories like IC, Power FET, Capacitor, Resistors, Opto, electro-Mech, PCB, Transformer and Battery, by implementing an annual performance operation plan and management (APO).
Part of your responsibility is to build a detailed plan by Lever (COS,QVE, e-RA, MPD Nego, Classic Nego, Supplier audit and management and to create the financial forecast (P&L) and achievement of results. Lead and manage the productivity operation for the plant, in collaboration with the other departments, plant managers and the global category manager and teams.
You will act as the major go-to-person for all plant related Electronic category escalations and support production on shortages, capacity and critical escalation, along with SSL / RCM / GCD. This position will be supporting the Batam, Indonesia plant whole time on hybrid mode.

What will you do?
- Formulate cross-functional levers for Supplier performance, innovation, performance improvement and sustainable growth with key stakeholder validation. Drives productivity projects such as QVE, COS/Rebalancing, and Lean at Supplier
- Assess and manage the supplier base to ensure flawless sourcing in terms of quality, supply chain, financial risk and contractual discipline. Deliver on all operational and strategic KPI.
- Assess and manage multiple risk factors along the supply chain, e.g. currency risks, supplier risks including Tier 2/3, regulatory risks, etc.
- Support & align the development and execution of categories strategy. Support Global negotiation. Work across the regional leadership teams to support their requirements within the global context
- Develop and maintain productivity forecasts
- Maintain and track the performance dashboard, accountable for the Electronics productivity performance
- Maintains accuracy of financial records at the cluster level and drive the Annual Procurement Operational Plan (APOP)
- Learn and adapt to SE PES - Procurement Excellence system
- Improve upstream supply chain efficiency with shorter lead time concepts, just-in-time and on-time principles
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Good knowledge of electronics parts supply chain, safety stocking min/max per category of item, Leadtime offers in the market
- Electronics market/category working experience in any large electronics industrial companies or contract manufacturers (EMS)
- Strong knowledge of buy analysis, should cost sheet cost methodology, Linear pricing expertise
- Experience in working in a matrix environment across organizations and functions
- Strong leadership and performance management skills to run plant critical/gating items
- An entry level Professional applies theoretical broad knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
- Entry level to 3 years' experience in the specific role, but may have some general working experience
- Adaptation of general guidelines with autonomy to develop solutions. No subordination to manage
