Process Automation and IT Engineer

What will you do?

• Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to enhance manufacturing performance
• Develop and implement process automation and IT solutions that drive efficiency and quality across operations
• Lead coordination of cross-functional teams in procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution
• Integrate quality design and design-to-cost methodologies to balance technical excellence with cost efficiency

What are the key skills for success?

• Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; improving production workflows to maximize efficiency and output
• Product Data Management - intermediate level; managing technical documentation and data across project lifecycles
• Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying and implementing incremental enhancements to processes
• Design-To-Cost - intermediate level; balancing technical requirements with cost constraints during design phases
• Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring standards are met throughout production processes
• Adaptability - intermediate level; adjusting approaches in dynamic manufacturing environments
• Influencing Skills - intermediate level; driving alignment and buy-in across cross-functional stakeholders

What qualifications will make you successful:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or related majors
• Advanced in PLC programming, Software coding (such as Java/C#/Python/Labview), IT network
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges independently
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable impact and meeting deadlines
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards
