We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Denmark. As Pricing Manager , you will be at the forefront of our journey towards pricing excellence. You'll be the strategic partner in pricing and responsible for guiding our team through transformational projects and ensuring our pricing strategies are executed .
We are looking for a person that thrives in a dynamic , fast-moving environment and possesses advanced analytical & stakeholder management skills .
You understand how to transform complex data into actionable insights and present it to business leaders in a way that drives clarity, profitability, and market s hare. Besides being analytical an d a strong communicat or , you bring relations hip building skills to build meaningful relations with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the Charge: Develop and implement pricing action plans that align with our business goals and work closely with the management team to drive actions
- Secure T he Ri ght P rice P ositioning & S trong P rofitable G rowth ; work closely with Offer Marketing team to secure the right price positioning and find profitable growth opportunities
- Driving Transformation : Manage operational aspects of pricing transformation and support the adoption of new pricing tools
- Ensuring Compliance : Oversee channel compliance and ensure alignment with commercial policies
- Collaborating Across Borders : Work closely with colleagues in the Nordic and Baltic region to support global pricing initiatives
- Business Transformation & B usiness S parring P artner: Lead pricing action plans, manage operational topics, support in price positioning, drive transformation projects and support strategic initiatives and key customer negotiations
- Process Improvement: Host Pricing Council meetings, engage with local stakeholder communities, and ensure best practices

- Tools alignment: Oversee the E2E Price Waterfall in tools and secure that data is flowing correctly between the systems - and initiating process and alignment improvement projects if gaps are identified
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor pricing performance, conduct root cause analysis, and support business reviews with insightful analytics
What will help you succeed:
- Professional Experience : Experience from pricing, commercial finance, customer offer marketing, commercial excellence or similar roles . 5+ years of r elevant work experienc e
- Leadership & Strong Communicator : Able to lead initiatives with business stakeholders Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to lead through c omplex business situations . Able to present insights persuasively to stakeholders
- Commercia l & Analytical A cumen : C ombined with a strong business mindset - always seeking opportunities for profitable growth. Skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Digital Tool A cumen : Strong understanding of how ERP system s connect , are structured and int egrate with diff erent digital tools. A bility and interest in understanding complex digital tool system structures
- Team Player : Collaborative, yet capable of leading projects independently
- Innovative & Curious : Finding ways to improve processes , drive efficiency and learning
- Education: Master's degree in finance, business or engineering
- Language: Fluent English, Danish is a plus
