Your IMPACT:

In this role, you will support pricing decisions that directly influence the growth, competitiveness, and profitability of Schneider Electric in Poland.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will transform complex market, pricing, and commercial data into actionable insights that help the business make informed decisions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Offer Management teams to identify opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and improve commercial performance.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and management of price lists, ensuring alignment with market conditions, business objectives, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness, competitiveness, and profitability.
  • Analyze pricing data, commercial performance, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to uncover revenue growth and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Assess pricing structures and commercial performance to identify areas for optimization and business growth.
  • Prepare simulations, business scenarios, and analytical models to support data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Conduct profitability analyses and develop recommendations that support sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of pricing initiatives and provide regular insights to business stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Support the implementation of pricing tools, digital solutions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with digital and analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Offer Management teams to ensure pricing strategies support both customer value and commercial objectives.
  • Cooperate with local and European stakeholders to exchange best practices and drive pricing excellence.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting standards.
  • Share knowledge and insights that help strengthen pricing capabilities across the organization.


Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Offer Management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP, pricing, or commercial systems such as SAP, PFX, CPQ, or Vistex will be a plus.
  • Good understanding of pricing principles, profitability analysis, and commercial performance metrics.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
