Presales System Architect(Digital Energy)

Join us as a Presales System Architect(Digital Energy) in our pre-sales team, where technical expertise meets customer impact. You'll design scalable, future-proof architectures that solve complex challenges and drive meaningful business transformation.

What will you do?

• Sales Opportunity Pursuit
  Work with the Sales team to identify and pursue opportunities and contribute to sales and order intake targets.
• Sales Support & Training
  Provide technical support and training on Digital Energy solutions to enhance the Sales team's proposal and customer engagement capabilities.
• Technical Proposal Preparation
  Prepare technical proposals and support the tendering process to deliver competitive and compelling solutions.
• Technical Governance & Risk Management
  Manage technical governance and risks during the sales process, including S2 reviews, and project execution.
• Complex Solution Development
  Support third-party system integration and the development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions.
• Engineering Standardization
  Provide expertise in system design, engineering, and implementation for complex upgrade projects, using applicable tools and standards.
• System Architect Community Engagement
  Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the System Architect community to drive customer success.
• Pre-sales Activity Support
  Support prospecting, lead qualification, demonstrations, proposals, and high-level system architecture design for key accounts.
• Engineering Leadership & Development
  Develop technical expertise as a Trusted Advisor and support team members through coaching and mentoring.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Knowledge of or practical experience in BMS or EPMS
• A technical background or relevant practical experience
• Candidates who can communicate effectively in both Japanese and English
