As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our Sales team designing innovative solutions, influencing key decision-makers, and helping our customers build resilient, efficient, and sustainable facilities. This is a rare opportunity to work on projects that truly keep the world running.

What you'll do:

  • Own technical solutions from concept through to design and proposal development
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver workshops, demos, bids, and presentations
  • Develop strong relationships with Consulting Engineers, channel partners, and end users
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into compelling technical solutions
  • Share subject-matter expertise and contribute to team innovation and continuous improvement


What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales role, with exposure to customer-facing technical solutioning
  • Essential to have hands-on experience with single-phase and three-phase power and cooling/air-conditioning systems
  • Strong technical skills (Visio/AutoCAD), excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Data Centre facilities, building services, or facility operations, it is not essential
    Travel: Some interstate travel required.
