What:
AI ecosystem engagement program is aiming to grow our business across AI ecosystem players across the value chain by helping them to deliver best AI infrastructure solutions to the market.
The AI infrastructure solution architect solution will be responsible and accountable for influencing AI infrastructure architecture design, leading customer engagement on technical streams and enabling business opportunities conversion and growth for Schneider Electric.
In that way, the core missions of the AI infrastructure Solution architect will be to:
- Support AI ecosystem account team across the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio
- Be the pre-sales technical (trusted) advisor to influence AI ecosystem accounts on architectures, systems and solutions of Schneider Electric for AI data center applications
- Lead technical workstream development set against partnership with AI ecosystem account
- Deliver technical value proposition, needs and requirements in proper documented way for customer
- Identify potential offer enhancements and/or, gaps and collaborate with AI solution lifecycle leader, AI ecosystem team and LoB to drive customization to support growth opportunities - supporting investment cases shaping where needed.
- Ensure communication / close the loop with the Global team (System engineer, Program Manager...) to ensure consistency
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive data center solutions encompassing power, cooling, racks, PDUs, UPS systems, liquid cooling, and DCIM software, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge of Schneider Electric's product portfolio, as well as industry best practices and emerging technologies in data center design and management.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, conducting needs assessments, presenting solutions, and addressing technical inquiries. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals, provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals, including system architectures, equipment specifications, cost estimations, and implementation plans.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful implementation of designed solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the data center space to identify opportunities for innovation and product development.
- Training & Enablement: Contribute to the development and delivery of technical training materials for internal teams and partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our solution offerings and processes, and contribute to the development of best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data center design, engineering, or solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of data center infrastructure components, including power distribution, cooling systems, water system, UPS systems, and DCIM software.
- Experience with liquid cooling technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data center design (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional 1
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD or 6SigmaDCX software is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin & English required
