Small, Mid-size Buildings (SMB) - System Architect

This System Architect role is responsible for the technical authority of the architecture design, pre and post-sales support of our small to midsize offers across multiple segments.
The role requires highly skilled System Architect to perform the following tasks
- Provide technical authority and governance, technical sign off including risk assessments, GAP analysis for Integrated solutions supporting the Local System Architects and Solution Architects, Sales teams and CPP process.
- Technical Governance and the Technical Authority for all SMB opportunities
- Create secure standardized reference architectures which are repeatable and scalable.
- Define and set-up 'Proof of Concepts' systems creating tested, validated and documented architectures TVDA for all 'first of kind' offers
- Design, develop and customize user interface according to customer requirements
- To develop, write and manage SMB documents including function design specifications, FAT and SAT test documents.
- To provide the technical presales support and product/solution demonstrations
- Work with the technical teams (architects, engineers, developers, IT specialists) to manage and coordinate SMB offers from conception through to delivery
- Develop and validate the right design and specification for large scale deployments
- Write standardization documentation and templates for the solution
- To animate community of Solution and Segment architects to drive awareness and create solution offer templates.
- Assist in the creation of technical notes, lessons learned, white papers prescription and specification documents and make them globally available.
- To collaborate, influence new offers with R&D & Offer Management

Essential:
- Strong foundational knowledge of the infrastructure and architectures of OT and IT systems.
- Technical background on implementation of cloud SaaS offers
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Strong technical background on Integrated Building Management systems with 5 or more years experience
- Passionate about learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies.
- Good level of understanding of OT sub systems including power, Building Automation, EV chargers, Lighting, Fire, Security, Industrial Applications and Data Analytics etc.
- BEng, BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical engineering or related field.
- Have a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer oriented.
- Ability to work well individually and in a highly collaborative, multi-site multi-cultural team.
10-15 Yrs experience in BMS , Project experience.
