La misión del departamento de Customer Satisfaction and Quality es asegurar la mejor experiencia posible para nuestros clientes , garantizando la calidad en todas las etapas del proceso logístico. Trabajamos para reducir riesgos, prevenir errores y promover una cultura de mejora continua. Colaboramos estrechamente con o peraciones, m étodos , s eguridad y c ustomer experience para que cada pedido salga correcto, a tiempo y con el nivel de servicio esperado.
Qué aprenderás con nosotros?
Únete a un entorno dinámico y colaborativo donde tendrás la oportunidad de aprender:
• Cómo realizar AMFEs (Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos) aplicados a procesos logísticos.
• A mapear procesos del almacén y detectar riesgos operativos reales.
• A trabajar con metodologías de mejora continua como 5S, estandarización y análisis de causa raíz.
• A coordinarte con equipos multidisciplinares dentro de un entorno industrial.
• A documentar y presentar resultados para impulsar acciones de mejora.
🔍 Eres tú a quién buscamos?
- Estudiante de grado o máster en Project Management, Ingeniería, Logística, Calidad o afines.
- Interés por la calidad, satisfacción al cliente y la prevención de errores.

- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle para identificar y evaluar modos de fallo.
- Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
- Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.
- Disponibilidad para incorporarse en tre Mayo.
- Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
- Nivel alto de Inglés .
Participando en nuestro Trainee Program obtendrás:

💵 Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 20 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900/mes)
🤩 Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje
⌚ Flexibilidad horaria para compaginarlo con tus estudios
Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable)
Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana)
Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación
