🏢 Sobre el departamento:
En nuestro departamento de I+D damos forma al futuro de los armarios eléctricos y de las soluciones para su gestión térmica. Combinamos ingeniería e innovación para desarrollar nuevos productos y hacer evolucionar los existentes, buscando soluciones cada vez más funcionales, robustas y sostenibles.
Aquí las ideas se convierten en soluciones reales. Participarás en proyectos de diseño, prototipado y análisis técnico, utilizando herramientas de diseño 3D y enfrentándote a retos reales de ingeniería, desde nuevos desarrollos hasta la optimización y adaptación de productos existentes.
Trabajamos mano a mano con equipos de marketing, compras, producción y fabricación, por lo que podrás descubrir todo el ciclo de vida de un producto y entender cómo una idea o una necesidad se transforma en una solución que llega al mercado.
Si te apasiona diseñar, entender cómo funcionan las cosas, resolver retos técnicos y ver cómo tus ideas toman forma, este es tu equipo.

- Conocerás las tecnologías, metodologías y herramientas utilizadas en el desarrollo y mejora de productos, incluyendo software de diseño y técnicas de prototipado.

- Desarrollarás tu capacidad para analizar necesidades, proponer soluciones y transformar ideas y requisitos técnicos en mejoras o nuevos desarrollos de producto.
- Colaborarás en el diseño, modificación y digitalización de piezas metálicas y de poliéster utilizando Creo y/o AutoCAD.
- Participarás en proyectos de desarrollo y mejora de productos existentes, contribuyendo a su evolución y optimización.
- Ganarás experiencia en la identificación, análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos relacionados con producto.
- Experimentarás la importancia del trabajo en equipo y de la colaboración con otros departamentos como marketing, compras, producción y fabricación.
- Aprenderás conceptos básicos de planificación y gestión de proyectos, participando en la organización de tareas, definición de prioridades y seguimiento de plazos.
- Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinar, aprendiendo de profesionales con amplia experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de producto.
- Utilizarás herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial como apoyo en tu día a día para buscar y analizar información, organizar tareas y mejorar tu productividad.
🔍 Eres tú a quién buscamos?
- Estudiante de grado o máster en Ingeniería Mecánica cursando los últimos años de la carrera.
- Conocimientos de diseño de piezas en 3D/2D (en Creo y Autocad , preferiblemente)
- Interés por la Inteligencia Artificial y por explorar su aplicación práctica en ingeniería, diseño y desarrollo de producto.
- Disponibilidad para realizar entre 5 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.
- Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.
- Disponibilidad para incorporarse en Enero/Febrero
- Extroversión y ganas de aprender.
- Nivel alto de Inglés .
Participando en nuestro Trainee Program obtendrás:

💵 Prácticas remuneradas (en función del horario que establezcas, mín. 20 horas y máx. 30 horas por semana, 700-900€/mes)
🤩 Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje
⌚ Flexibilidad horaria para compaginarlo con tus estudios
Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable)
Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana)
Duración de 6 meses con posibilidad de prorrogar o contratación
