• Aprenderás a utilizar herramientas digitales y comerciales para gestionar la actividad, priorizar y hacer seguimiento de oportunidades.

• Conocerás cómo trabajamos de forma transversal, colaborando con diferentes equipos de Schneider Electric para desarrollar oportunidades y generar demanda.

• Desarrollarás competencias de comunicación, planificación, análisis, orientación al cliente y autonomía .

• Aprenderás progresivamente a gestionar una cartera de clientes y un a zona con visión de negocio , preparándote para evolucionar hacia el rol de Responsable de Punto de Venta.

🔍 Eres tú a quién buscamos?

• Estudiante de grado o máster en grado o máster en Ingeniería.

• Persona proactiva, autónoma y con iniciativa , con ganas de proponer, aprender y asumir retos progresivamente.

• Persona con curiosidad y ganas de aprender. Interés por entender al cliente y ganas de desarrollarse en ventas.

• Con capacidad analítica , cómoda trabajando con datos y con ganas de convertirlos en decisiones y acciones.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y relación , y facilidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos e interlocutores.

• Interés por la digitalización, la innovación y las nuevas formas de trabajar .

• Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.

• Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.

• Disponibilidad para incorporarse en Enero/Febrero

• Extroversión y ganas de aprender.

• Nivel alto de Inglés .

Un día de libre disposición al mes (acumulable)

Posibilidad de colaborar en remoto según el puesto (hasta 2 días por semana)
