What will you do?:
- Provide operational support to the production line by monitoring performance, tracking key operational KPIs, and driving compliance to established targets.
- Develop and maintain preventive reporting tools that provide visibility into production line status, risks, and overall performance.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to support business unit performance reviews and decision-making processes.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?:
- Advanced English communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, curious, and eager to challenge the status quo by understanding the "why" behind processes and decisions.
- Ability to build relationships across functions and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduating in December 2027 or later.
- Availability to work in the mornings ( 100% on site).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
