PR & Experience Lead はSchneider Electric Japanのブランド価値向上とレピュテーション強化を推進するMarketing & Communications配下のスペシャリストポジションです

社内外のコミュニケーション活動メディアリレーションThought LeadershipExecutive Visibilityを通じてSchneider Electricの認知向上と信頼構築を担います

またInnovation Hub Tokyoを活用したExperience Marketingプログラムを企画• 推進し顧客およびステークホルダーとのエンゲージメントを強化することでブランド戦略と事業戦略をつなぐ役割を果たします

主な責任範囲

PR / Corporate Communicationsを主軸としながらInnovation Hubを活用したExperience Marketingを通じてSchneider Electricのブランド価値とレピュテーション向上を推進するポジションです

1. PR, Corporate Communications & Reputation Building

• Schneider Electric Japanのブランド可視性向上および企業レピュテーション強化に向けたコミュニケーション戦略を企画• 実行
• メディアリレーション取材対応記者向けブリーフィングを通じて戦略メッセージの浸透を推進
• Executive VoiceThought LeadershipCP Keynote等のコミュニケーション活動を支援し経営層のプレゼンス向上に貢献
• 業界団体政府関連ステークホルダー外部パートナーとの関係構築を支援する
• ブランドガイドラインコミュニケーションポリシーおよびメディア対応プロセスの遵守を推進する
• 危機対応コミュニケーションやレピュテーションリスク管理を支援する

2. Experience Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Innovation Hub Tokyoを顧客• パートナー• 業界関係者との戦略的エンゲージメント拠点として活用しブランド体験価値を向上させる
• HubプログラムExecutive Engagement顧客向け体験設計を企画• 推進する
• ストーリーテリングコンテンツデモ体験を通じてSchneider Electricの価値提案を分かりやすく伝える
• 顧客接点の品質向上を目的としてプレゼンテーションガイドライン運営フレームワークベストプラクティスを整備する
• キャンペーンイベントデジタル施策と連携し一貫した顧客体験を実現する

3. Executive & Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

• Executive BriefingThought LeadershipInnovation Hub体験を活用したコミュニケーション施策を企画する
• 戦略顧客に対してSalesBusiness UnitsCountry Leadershipと連携し重要顧客および戦略的ステークホルダー向けエンゲージメントを支援する
• 顧客や市場から得られるインサイトを関係部門へ共有しコミュニケーション戦略やブランド施策の改善につなげる
