Power Electronics Hardware, Design Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned industry expert in power electronics, specializing in the development of power electronics products and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep background in power electronics topology, control theory, precise loss calculation, modeling and simulation, and complex system design. This role will contribute significantly to the team in design delivery, technical problem-solving, and engineering implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop power electronics converters for DC microgrid applications, such as Interlink Converters (AC/DC) and Battery Storage systems (DC/DC).
• Perform feasibility studies and design evaluations to ensure system functionality and reliability.
• Create system specifications and technical drawings using relevant design software.
• Collaborate with embedded software engineers to develop control strategies for power converters.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications, reports, and documentation for power converter projects.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate power electronics into overall system designs.
• Lead ODM teams to achieve design targets and ensure successful project outcomes.

资格

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice).
• Strong understanding of power electronics principles and components.
• Knowledge of control theory and embedded systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation and reporting.
