Post Deliver Senior PM
The Post-Delivery Project Manager leads project execution after equipment delivery, ensuring a smooth transition through customer acceptance, issue resolution, warranty support, and final project closeout. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for post-delivery activities, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve challenges, fulfill commitments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is focused on coordination and project leadership, not direct field execution. Responsibilities such as site labor management, subcontractor supervision, field installation activities, factory operations, construction means and methods, and jobsite safety remain with the appropriate site, construction, service, and manufacturing teams.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to resolve project issues efficiently, deliver strong warranty response and closure performance, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional indicators include achieving on-time turnover and project closeout milestones, reducing material recovery lead times, improving reporting accuracy and portfolio visibility, and driving improvements that reduce recurring quality and execution issues.

- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and factory resources to drive corrective actions.
- Manage warranty claims, documentation, and associated recovery opportunities.
- Escalate critical issues affecting customer satisfaction, schedule, quality, or commercial performance.
Material Recovery & Closeout
- Coordinate replacement materials and recovery plans to support project completion.
- Partner with Supply Chain, vendors, and logistics teams to resolve delivery and inventory gaps.
- Lead project turnover and closeout activities, including documentation, inspections, customer deliverables, and final acceptance.
- Facilitate a seamless transition to long-term service and support organizations when applicable.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recurring project, warranty, and quality trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery teams.
- Support lessons learned initiatives and contribute to ongoing enhancements within the Post-Delivery organization.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- 5+ years project management experience in construction, data centers, electrical infrastructure, manufacturing, commissioning, field services, or related industries.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, stakeholders, and customer relationships.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar project management platforms preferred.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
